Originally from New York, she moved to Atlanta in 2010 and has since built a passion for helping individuals and families who are relocating to or already live in the area. LaVonda excels in making personal connections, drawing on her genuine, approachable nature to relate to clients from all backgrounds. She is driven by a commitment to meeting her clients' unique needs and ensuring their real estate experience is a positive one. Whether working with buyers, sellers, or investors, LaVonda has built a reputation for providing expert guidance and personalized service. Having worked in the real estate industry since 2011, she has built strong relationships with other real estate agents, lenders, new construction builders, and inspectors. She’s an active member of the Dekalb Board of Realtors. Throughout her real estate career, she has earned several designations, including the Accredited Buyer's Representative® (ABR®), Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), and the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource® (SFR®). She served as the Treasurer for the Women's Council of Realtors® Atlanta Chapter. She is also passionate about International Real Estate and understands the importance of thinking globally and acting locally. She channels this passion by selling real estate in the Dominican Republic and looks forward to expanding into more countries.; Outside of her career, she enjoys traveling to the Caribbean and cherishes time spent with her daughter, a proud UGA alumna.
